GLENDALE, AZ — Glendale police are asking for help from the community after a deadly shooting early Monday morning.
Officers were called to a neighborhood near 59th Avenue and Bethany Home Road around 1:30 a.m. for reports of shots fired. Witnesses reported seeing people running from the area when the gunshots rang out.
Forty-nine-year-old Dwight Steele was found injured at the scene and he later died, police say.
Police believe multiple suspects were involved, but they do not have any descriptions available. The investigation is ongoing.
