An arrest has been made in a Jan. 3 drive-byshooting in Glendale that left a car bullet-riddled and one man shot.
Court documents show that the victim took his mother and girlfriend to the area of 51st Avenue and Glendale for a drug deal. Officials said the victim was scared by the amount of people there and fled the area.
Police said another man, 18-year-old Xavier Jacob Gonzales, fired several shots from his car, hitting the victims' car several items and also hitting the victim in the leg.
Police contacted the victim at the hospital and he told them that he met Gonzales after setting up the deal on social media. Investigators then used social media to help identify and locate Gonzales.
Gonzales is being held on a $150,000 bond and is facing multiple charges of aggravated assault.
