GOODYEAR, AZ — A 1-year-old girl was taken to the hospital after being pulled from a pool near Litchfield and Camelback roads Saturday afternoon.
Goodyear firefighters say the homeowners were hosting a family get together when they discovered the baby floating in the pool.
Family members then jumped in the pool to pull her out and began CPR immediately.
The baby was underwater for an unknown amount of time.
When crews arrived on scene, they located the baby awake and crying.
The 1-year-old was then transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition, firefighters say.
