Deputies have arrested a 56-year-old man in connection with a deadly crash in Goodyear Monday night.
A man crossing the street near Estrella Parkway and MC85 when he was struck and killed by a car driven by James Crownover.
Authorities say Crownover was impaired and tested positive for some kind of narcotic drug.
