LAVEEN, AZ — A crash involving multiple vehicles is under investigation in Laveen.
Emergency officials say five people were treated for injuries Sunday morning near 39th and Southern Avenues.
Three of the patients, all of which are adults, were taken to a hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries. Phoenix Fire officials say two more patients, including a child, were being treated for minor injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Phoenix Police Department.
