LAVEEN, AZ — Phoenix police arrested a minor for allegedly having a loaded gun on campus.
Just before 11 a.m., a school resource officer at the Laveen Elementary School was alerted by staff that a student reported another student had a loaded gun inside his backpack.
The student was interviewed and was referred to the Juvenile Corrections Center for a minor in possession of a firearm.
No other details have been provided.
