PHOENIX — A pedestrian was killed in a crash in the West Valley on Friday morning.
Police were called to an area near 51st Avenue and Indian School Road around 5:15 a.m.
Robert Arzola, 39 years old, was reportedly partially laying in the roadway along 51st Avenue when he was struck by a vehicle, police say. Arzola was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of that vehicle is not suspected of impairment.
