Officials are investigating a deadly domestic violence situation in Peoria.
The incident happened overnight near 88th Avenue and Thunderbird Road.
Peoria police said the suspect refused to leave his house when officers arrived. At one point officials heard two shots fired.
Everyone was able to eventually get out of the apartment unharmed.
When police entered the apartment the suspect was dead.
No other information is known.
