A deadly crash that left one dead and two others seriously injured has shut down a section of Northern Avenue in Peoria Friday night.
According to MCSO officials, one person was pronounced dead on scene and two others seriously injured after two cars collided in the area of 115th and Northern avenues around 8:30 p.m.
Officials said it was too early to determine if speed or impairment were factors in the crash, but detectives are on scene investigating.
