SURPRISE, AZ — Surprise police are investigating a deadly rollover collision near Reems and Cactus roads.
Officers responded to a single vehicle rollover collision on private property at around 7:20 p.m. Sunday evening.
The vehicle involved was identified as a Side by Side recreational vehicle, police say.
Police and fire officials attempted to save the male drivers life, but were unsuccessful.
However, the passengers in the vehicle did not require any medical attention.
