Start the morning off with fruit! Fry's Food has an excellent deal on cherries at $1.47 per pound.
Right now cherries are double that price so this is my favorite deal of the week. I love cherries, but for $4.99 a pound, I can pass.
Fry’s also has a deal on General Mills cereal, buy four participating boxes of General Mills cereal for $8, plus you’ll get an 18 count of Fry’s large eggs just for buying those four participating items.
Bashas' has red seedless grapes on sale for 78 cents per pound. That's only valid during the three day sale which is Friday through Sunday. The store also has a pound of Jimmy Dean or Tyson bacon on sale, buy one for $9.99, get two free!
Safeway has red and seedless grapes for 79 cents per pound. You can also get a gallon of Shamrock or Lucerne milk for $1.89 each. While you’re there, grab an 18 count of large Lucerne eggs for $1.27 each.
Eggs are also on sale at Albertsons, a dozen large Lucerne eggs are 99 cents each and yogurt is on sale 10 for $4. You can also get a gallon of Shamrock or Lucerne milk for $1.89 each.
At Food City on Wednesday you can buy four red bell peppers for a dollar, it's a great deal because I've seen them for as much as a dollar each this week. Head back to Food City on Friday and get five avocados for a dollar. An awesome deal on peaches and nectarines too at two pounds for a dollar, and that’s 50 cents per pound! I just saw peaches on sale at another grocery store for $1.99 per pound.
And of course we can't forget about the beef. Bashas', Food City, Fry's, Safeway and Albertsons all have your choice of meat on sale this week.
