When it comes to Black Friday, getting the best deals does not require you to stand in long lines.

You just need to have the right tools and be organized.

I have some free apps that will help.

Don't spend all of your time flipping through ad after ad.

Hundreds of stores have their flyers loaded onto the Flipp app, so you can take your ads on the go.

You can put in zip codes or use GPS and it will pull up the stores' ads in your area.

If you're searching for deals at a particular store, just type in the store's name and voila … you can scroll through the ad right on your smart phone.

The Slickdeals Black Friday app is another great way to help you stay connected this shopping season.

The app also has Black Friday ads scanned, plus it breaks down the top bargains at each store and has a section where people can leave their comments about the deals.

You can also add items to your shopping list, making it so much easier to stay organized at each store

Retailmenot gives you coupon codes for you to save online.

The app also gives you coupons that the cashier can scan at the store.

Again it's as easy as typing in your favorite store and each coupon code is rated by users to show how often it's worked, or not.

And one of the most frustrating things is walking out to the parking lot with all of your phenomenal deals and forgetting where you parked.

The Tadd Car Finder uses your GPS to set your location and it even gives you a meter reminder.

This one is only available on the iPhone.

So whether you're shopping at stores or online, get organized so you can be efficient and get the best bargains.
