Wilk goes to auctions, shops or gets donations of items like glass bottles, vases, computer keyboards, frames, plates, etc. You can write on the items if you want, so that way when you smash it, you get rid of the negative energy. For an extra fee, you can bring your own items you want to smash or even have them print a photo to put into a frame for you.
There are three rooms. You can either go in alone or with a group of up to four people. There's a wall where you can write a message in chalk, a wall where you can use Sharpie to write, and two brick walls that you can launch your items toward or hit in that direction. You can use a bat, a hammer, a golf club, a crow bar and other options.
There are different sessions. The longer you're in there destroying things, the more you'll pay.
I went to give it a try. I put on a suit, a protective mask, they had gloves, and I wore close-toed shoes. There was a carpeted table in the middle of the room. I placed a flower vase on top, and swung with a bat. I wrote, "High Prices," on a glass plate and threw it at the brick wall with all my might. I hung a glass bottle from a chain in the ceiling like a pinata, and went to town. And, as Bob Ross would say, I "beat the devil" out of a computer keyboard.
Wilk joked that in other places, "When you break it, you buy it. Here, you buy it to break it."
