Don’t pay full price to eat this week because grocery stores have deals on everything to fill your fridge and pantry!

Let's start with your protein.

Safeway has Sanderson Farms split chicken breasts, drumsticks, thighs, leg quarters and whole chickens for 97 cents per pound.

Shop Food City on Thursday and get those drumsticks and thighs even cheaper, 57 cents per pound.

Head to Bashas’ Lighting Sale on Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and get boneless skinless chicken breast for 99 cents per pound.

Prefer pork? Safeway has a digital coupon for pork loin back ribs and St. Louis spareribs for $1.77 per pound.

Albertsons has Johnsonville bratwurst and dinner sausage for $2.99 each with their coupon.

Where's the beef? Lots of it for $2.97 per pound at Albertsons, including USDA boneless beef chuck, and sirloin top roasts.

Don't want to cook? Albertsons has their chicken tenders on sale for $3.99 per pound.  The regular cost is $5.99 per pound.

Spice it up with green bell peppers. You'll get three for 99 cents at Food City.

Add russet potatoes to the meal and pay 88 cents for a five-pound bag at Safeway.

And lots of fruit on sale!

Bashas' has Gala, Fuji, Granny Smith and Sweetie apples for 88 cents per pound. That's more than a dollar off per pound.

If you prefer Honeycrisp apples, stop at Fry's Food and pay 97 cents per pound.

Bashas’ also has red, green, and black seedless grapes for 88 cents per pound.

Safeway has six ounces of raspberries for 97 cents each. That'll save you about two bucks.

Fry's Food has 16 ounces of raspberries, strawberries or six ounces of blackberries on sale four for five dollars! That's a great deal!

Wash it all down with this digital coupon deal at Albertsons: 2-liter bottles of Coke, Pepsi and 7UP will cost you 68 cents each.
