Maricopa County Animal Care and Control is offering Earth Day weekend adoption specials.
Starting Friday, April 19, through Sunday, April 21, regularly priced animals at both shelter locations will be 50 percent off. The deal does not include puppies, kittens and Shelter Super Heroes.
They're hoping the adoption discount will help clear out kennel space amid a busy time at their shelters.
