There are many sites that offer advice, showing celebrity outfits and how to find similar items for cheaper. Check out Who What Wear and She Knows! Here's a blog from She Knows as well.

There are budget fashion websites as well, like The Budget Fashionista, Frugal Fashionista and The Budget Babe, to name a few!

The Krazy Coupon Lady also shows you how to decode price tags in stores, to know whether a bigger sale is coming or if an item is marked down as low as it will go.

Ready to hit the stores? Whether you're looking at retail or consignment, there are so many places to save! I'll list a few, in no particular order:

and so many more!

Though you can find shoes at all of those places too, I have to tell you about Wholesale Fashion Shoes near 40th Street and Thomas Road in Phoenix. We've seen prices at $8.88 a pair and up! They also offer accessories too, and you can shop by category, style and size!

There are also services you can try, like Rent The Runway, Stitch Fix, Haverdash and more!

About a year ago, I went on a mission with a personal stylist to find an entire wardrobe in $20 or less. Her name is Charissa Dantas and she runs Be Fearless on a Budget. She took me to Goodwill, and we found a vintage gold dress with lace and shine for just $1! She's a local insider who also has the scoop on which stores have promotions running on. So, she knows where and when to go if you need help planning! Click here to learn her tricks and favorite places to shop.

Have a blast! And remember, you're a STAR!
