You can't forget the meat! USDA beef chuck tender fillets are on sale. Pay the regular price of $10.99 per pound and get buy one, get three free.
Fry's also has a meaty deal: buy one, get one free on their boneless beef petite sirloin steak.
Sweeten the deal with 16 ounces of strawberries for 87 cents each. Compare that to the regular price of $2.99.
Wash it all down with Gatorade, G-2 or Propel for 57 cents each. You'll have to buy ten to get that price.
Bashas’ will charge you a penny more for their strawberries: 88 cents for 16 ounces.

Food City has 80 percent lean ground beef on sale for $2.47 per pound if you shop August 4th – 6th.
On those same days, you can get two large tomatoes for 98 cents.
Shop any day and get an 18 count of Food City Large Eggs for $1.39.
And don’t forget, Wednesday is Senior Discount Day at Fry’s, Bashas’, Food City, Safeway and Albertsons. That means if you’re 55 or older you get 10 percent off.
