Suns vs. Hornets: Buy one adult ticket, a child gets in FREE!

Get ready for a little play on words. Sunsday Funday is a SLAM DUNK for families because of the freebies!

The Phoenix Suns are taking on the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday, and it's also "Kids Night and Gorilla's Birthday Celebration!" Here's a gift for you, kids can get in FREE!

Here's how it works! You must buy a full-price adult ticket to get a kid under the age of 12 in for free. There's a limit of four paid tickets per transaction, so, that means up to eight people, including your little ones.

For that game, upper-level tickets start at $23 each, and lower-level tickets start at $60 each.

Though, if you do some research, you may find cheaper altogether. At the time this article was written, I found verified resale tickets for as low as $6 to $10 on StubHub. However, you would still have to pay per person. Kids would not get in free.

The only way to get the freebie deal is booking online through the Suns. You buy your tickets online, and then pick them up at the Talking Stick Resort Arena box office. You cannot get this deal by purchasing over the phone or in-person. Click here to buy the tickets! Here are some specific instructions sent to us: Before clicking the link for Sunday's game vs. Charlotte, enter offer code, "SUNSDAY" before selecting your tickets. The promo code will allow fans to pick one paid seat, followed by the option to select an adjacent seat for free.

Several mascots from other local teams and NBA teams will be there to celebrate Gorilla's birthday! So, there will be lots of opportunities for meet and greets, photos and fun skits during timeouts and at halftime.
