PEORIA, AZ — Winter is finally past us, and spring training and spring break are already over. Who's ready to jump into April with some new clothing or handcrafted decor? How about getting some of it for free?
Saturday, March 30, is the Sweet to the Soul Boutique at Peoria Sports Complex. The organizers and vendors putting on this twice-a-year party that started in 2015 are legendary for awarding early birds with plenty of swag.
The first 100 paying adults through the gates get a free grab bag chock full of rare finds. There are items like homemade bath bombs, handmade jewelry, wall decor, even bakery goods! Plus there are several coupons inside for discounts for the vendor booths at the market.
If you want one of the bags, go early. A line typically forms outside the complex! If you don't get there in time for one of the enviable bags, all of those goodies are sold by 250 local vendors at the market.
The entrance fee is $5. Kids 17 and under are free.
Parents, good news for you: there's a new Pirate Cove splash pad play area for the kids at the venue.
