You might want to think twice before checking that bag.
ABC15 looked into data on accurate arrival times at Sky Harbor Airport, passenger complaints, and mishandled bags across the nation -- and some airlines did not fare too well.
Frontier arguably performed the worst overall, topping the list for mishandled bags, having the worst percent for on-time arrivals at Sky Harbor, and coming in second for passenger complaints.
On the flip side, Alaska Airlines won all three categories, with 96 percent of their flights arriving on-time.
