Rooter Hero, a California-based plumbing services company, is expanding services at its main Phoenix location after acquiring four Valley-based businesses.
The buyouts include Legendary Home Services, R&R Refrigeration, Stevens Plumbing Heating & AC and Two Seasons Heating & Cooling.
The four plumbing and HVAC companies previously were bought four years ago by real estate and asset management company Enterprise Diversified Inc., which owned them until they were purchased in late May by Rooter Hero.
To finance the deal, Rooter Hero paid off debt owed by Enterprise Diversified in lieu of buying the businesses outright, said Rooter Hero CEO John Akhoian.
