It's business as usual after mandatory training shut down every single Chipotle location nationwide.

Customers are able to come in now but the stores were closed from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to help train employees on food safety.

This after an E. coli outbreak made hundreds of people sick.

People coming out for lunch were locked out.

But now that doors are open-customers say they're happy to get back in.

Some say the outbreak didn't keep them away.

"I worked in food, like in a restaurant before so I know how it works. So I wasn't scared, no," said Chipotle customer Claritza Adriano.

Company heads even offered free burritos to make it up to customers.

Execs are hoping this will help bring people back to the popular chain.
