PHOENIX — A computer outage affecting multiple state agencies that caused disruption to all Arizona Department of Transportation MVD services, including MVD and Authorized Third Party offices statewide, has since been restored.

The disruption was four hours long, and the in-person locations were also affected by this issue.

ServiceArizona.com was not available, ADOT said. Customers were urged to delay office and online visits until the problem was resolved.
"Overnight, computer technicians discovered a malfunction with a fiber optic line that serves numerous state agencies," ADOT wrote in a press release.
This is the second time MVD services have been affected by outages this month.
