Massachusetts-based cannabis grower and dispenser Curaleaf Holdings Inc. said it has made two more acquisitions in Arizona with a combined consideration of $25.5 million in cash and stock.
The first acquisition, Glendale Greenhouse, a 20,000-square-foot cultivation and processing facility with a separate dispensary, will be rebranded to fit the Curaleaf model once the transaction closes.
The growhouse will serve the company’s existing infrastructure.
The Glendale Greenhouse purchase also comes with a line of wholesale products Curaleaf plans to sell in their dispensaries statewide.
