Hundreds rallied for the group Great 48! at Wesley Bolin Plaza outside of the Arizona Capitol Building, demanding that Arizona Governor Doug Ducey lift restrictions on Arizona, and also urged small business owners open their businesses in defiance of the Governor's orders.
"Don't even wait until tomorrow. Go to your bars, go to your restaurants," said Thomas Evans of Great 48! "The individuals will show up and we'll back you."

The leaders of Great 48! say the governor's orders are too vague and broad, and believe that his actions are unconstitutional.
"It's no question, he has to open up the state," said Ryker Martin, one of the founders of Great 48!
Governor Doug Ducey is allowing all retail businesses to open for delivery, curb side and online-type services beginning on Monday, May 4.
