JOESPH CITY, AZ — No injuries were reported after a train derailed near Joseph City, Arizona Sunday afternoon.
Navajo County Sheriff’s Office deputies say they were informed of the train derailment at around 12:56 p.m.
The train operator, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (BNSF) says no hazardous materials were released, and there is no danger to the public. No other public roadways were impacted as a result of the incident.
