LUKE AIR FORCE BASE — Luke Air Force Base conducted an active shooter exercise on Wednesday.

This exercise was restricted to only Luke Air Force Base property.

According to a press release from 56th Fighter Wing Office of Public Affairs, there was "no threat to the public or base population related to this routine procedure."

This exercise was to help the Air Force team and crew prepare in case an active shooter got on base.
