PHOENIX — As if more evidence was needed that Phoenix is a fast-growing city: U-Haul said this week the Arizona capital is one of its 10 Destination Cities for 2018.
The Phoenix-based rental truck and moving goods suppliers announced Phoenix saw the ninth highest inflow of moving trucks during the past year. That translates into a 20% year-over-year increase in the number of do-it-yourself movers who rented U-Haul trucks to venture to the desert during 2018.
It marks Phoenix's return to U-Haul's top 10 for the first time since 2015.
