Returning to the classroom to start a new school year can always bring out some different emotions in your kids and teens. It could be excitement, anxiety, or a mix of both.

But this year, things look and feel very different.
The coronavirus pandemic took students out of school last year abruptly and never brought them back. Now, they are a lot of questions surrounding this new school year and what everything will look and feel like, wondering when things will be 'normal' again, and the impact all of this back and forth has on the minds of our kids and teens.
The Rebound Arizona is hosting a virtual town hall on August 13 at 12 p.m. with a panel of mental health and education experts. They will be talking about what specific behaviors parents should be watching out for, what conversations parents should be starting with their kids, and different ways to cope with this unprecedented time.
