CVO, Connected Vehicle Optimization, and Human Resources Leader Patty Mazerolle says they will not be taking the hiring process slow. They are a smart transportation company in the business sector and they're focusing now on delivering things like medical supplies. So, if you have a technology or transportation background, roughly 20 jobs could be an option for you.
"We have been in a really fortunate position where we're hiring," said Mazerolle.
She tells ABC15 that their company is one that is avoiding downsizing and are actually looking to add to their team.
"We're hiring for accounting manager, several IT positions," Mazerolle explained.
She said that most of these positions are full-time and salaried roles.
So why should you want to work for CVO? Mazerolle said the environment is team-oriented with leaders who are supportive.
"They have built this culture that is very collaborative... creative," Mazerolle described. "We hold one another accountable. We hold ourselves accountable."
She said this could truly be the start of more than just a job, but a new career.
"We have very high tenure rates with our IT team and it's just a phenomenal team to join and that's where a lot of our positions are," Mazerolle said.
Interested? Mazerolle said a lot of these positions do require a college degree or some experience in technology and transportation.
"We obviously want folks who take a lot of initiative... pride in their work... hold themselves accountable," Mazerolle said. "Our culture is technology based, so we have a lot of high-energy... creative folks on our team."
