5 shows to catch up on this fall

Fall is a busy time for most people, so it's important to take time to relax and unwind. If you feel behind on everything, including your TV shows, rest assured you can catch up on prime time TV with Prism on Demand.

1. 'Once Upon A Time'

2. 'Modern Family'

This show's characters have seen ups and downs, so there's plenty to catch up on if you're new to "Modern Family." Fortunately, on-demand viewing lets you go back and watch all previous seasons at your leisure. Prepare to fall in love with the Pritchett-Dunphy-Tucker clan, a modern nuclear family.

Some members of this clan are growing up, and they keep finding themselves in dramatic and comedic situations. 3. 'Fresh Off the Boat'

TV sitcoms that address what it's like to be a minority American family have been few and far between. This show is about pursuing the American dream, amid the challenges of several different family members. Despite its serious premise, you'll be surprised at just how many funny moments arise in the challenging existence that is the life of a young immigrant family making it work in suburban Florida. You can watch the first two seasons of "Fresh Off the Boat" with Prism On Demand, just in time to tune in for season 3 at 9 p.m./8 p.m. central Tuesday, Oct. on ABC.

4. 'How To Get Away With Murder'

With such a provoking moniker, "How To Get Away With Murder" has become the new standard in legal thrillers. A law professor, played by Viola Davis, gets mixed up with four ill-fated law students, who must apply what they learn in situations a bit too close to the chest. Amid other suspenseful cases, the Keating 5 work through obstacles that may put their freedom in jeopardy. Catch up before season 3 starts at 10 p.m./9 p.m. central Thursday, Sept. 22 on ABC.

5. 'Grey’s Anatomy'

There’s a lot of buzz going on about this 13th season and for good reason. The wide berth of the show has let it spread out in characters and storylines, but lucky 13 will focus on early main characters, including Meredith, Alex, Bailey and Richard. Don’t worry, though, there’s still plenty going on with Amelia and Owen's presumed married life, and Meredith and Riggs finally get to explore their relationship beyond sex. Friction, dishonesty, and ups and downs are ensured in Season 13, premiering at 8 p.m./7 p.m. central Thursday, Sept. 22 on ABC.
