The Arizona Cardinals unveiled their home and away opponents for the 2019 preseason Tuesday.
The Cardinals' first two preseason games will take place at State Farm Stadium in Glendale. The Cards will face the Los Angeles Chargers in their preseason opener sometime between August 8-12, and they will host Oakland Raiders on Thursday, Aug. 15 at 5 p.m. Arizona time.
The Cardinals' final two preseason contests will be on the road: at the Minnesota Vikings sometime between August 22-25, and at the Denver Broncos on August 29 or 30.
The Cardinals-Raiders game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN. Specific dates and times for the other three games will be announced at a later date.
The Cardinals' 2019 regular-season schedule will be released later this month. Along with home and away games against each of their division opponents -- the Seattle Seahawks, San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams -- the Cardinals will host the Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers and Detroit Lions in the upcoming season. The Cardinals will play the New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals and New York Giants on the road.
