Arizona Cardinals unveil complete 2019 regular-season schedule

The Arizona Cardinals have unveiled their complete schedule for the 2019 regular season.

The NFL released its complete regular-season schedule Wednesday, including the dates for all 16 Cardinals games. The Cardinals will open their regular season vs. the Detroit Lions at State Farm Stadium in Glendale on Sept. 8, and they will host the San Francisco 49ers in a Halloween game on Thursday Night Football. They will wrap up their season on the road vs. the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams on Dec. 22 and 29, respectively.

Other notes:

-The Cardinals will head to Tampa Bay to take on former Cards coach Bruce Arians and the Buccaneers on Nov. 10.

-A Super Bowl XLIII rematch between the Cards and Steelers will take place in Glendale on Dec. 8.

-Former Cardinals coach Steve Wilks and assistant coach Freddie Kitchens will visit Glendale on Dec. 15.

-The Cardinals' bye week will come in Week 12.

The Cardinals released their 2019 preseason schedule last week. Their first two preseason games will take place in Glendale: They will face the Los Angeles Chargers in their preseason opener on Thursday, Aug. 8, and they will host Oakland Raiders on Thursday, Aug. 15 at 5 p.m. Arizona time. The Cardinals-Raiders game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN.

The Cardinals' final two preseason contests will be on the road: at the Minnesota Vikings on Saturday, Aug. 24, and at the Denver Broncos on Thursday, Aug. 29.
