Following their big win at Michigan State on Saturday, the Arizona State Sun Devils are in the top 25 for the second time in the Herm Edwards era.
ASU is ranked No. 24 in the new Associated Press and coaches polls released Sunday. It's the first time ASU has entered the top 25 since beating Michigan State in Tempe last season. The Devils were ranked No. 23 in the AP poll after that win.
ASU upset the Spartans 10-7 on Saturday thanks to some late heroics from freshman quarterback Jayden Daniels and a Michigan State penalty that wiped a game-tying field goal off the board in the final seconds.
The 3-0 Devils will look to improve to 4-0 when they host Colorado in their Pac-12 opener at Sun Devil Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 21.
Other Pac-12 teams ranked in the top 25: Utah (No. 10), Oregon (No. 16), Washington State (No. 19), Washington (No. 22) and Cal (No. 23).
