Arizona State University unveiled its new Bro and Blegen Agility Field outside ASU's Student-Athlete Facility on the north side of Sun Devil Stadium on Monday.

The field, named after benefactors Betsy and Kent Bro and Mary and Jay Blegen, is 53 yards wide and 35 yards long. Linda and Bart Wear also contributed toward the creation of the field, which is is the latest upgrade for ASU football, following the creation of the Student-Athlete Facility and the Sun Devil Stadium renovation project in the last two years.

The field "provides an efficient solution for the football team to perform walk throughs and agility training throughout the year," ASU said in a press release.

"This agility field was important to (athletic director) Ray Anderson and head coach Herm Edwards, and we're extremely fortunate to have passionate supporters like the Bro, Blegen and Wear families to help make this vision a reality," Gabe Cagwin, chief business development officer of Sun Devil Athletics, said in a statement.
