CALABASAS, CA — Kobe Bryant's 13-year-old daughter, Gianna Maria Onore, also known as GiGi, was reportedly aboard the helicopter that crashed in southern California on Sunday.
TMZ reports that the former NBA player's private aircraft went down in Calabasas around 10 a.m. PST. Onore and Bryant were both killed in the crash, according to TMZ.
It is reported they were on their way to the Mamba Academy for a basketball practice.
Nine people were on board at the time the helicopter went down. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office says there were no survivors in the crash at hillside near the intersection of Las Virgenes Road and Willow Glen Street.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
