Super Bowl LIII was not the most entertaining game

Unless you're a New England Patriots fan, there's a high probability that Super Bowl LIII on Sunday left you feeling a tad unsatisfied.

The Patriots' 13-3 win over the Los Angeles Rams was the lowest-scoring game in Super Bowl history and, perhaps not coincidentally, one of the lowest-rated. In fact, it was the lowest-rated Super Bowl since the Arizona Cardinals' matchup vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers a decade ago.

The game was so dull and uninspired at times that it even had some comparing what was the ugliest bowl game in recent memory -- the Cheez-It Bowl at Chase Field on Dec. 26 -- favorably to the Super Bowl.

You might recall that the Cheez-It Bowl (formerly known as the Cactus Bowl) included a ridiculous nine interceptions combined between Cal and TCU. The Horned Frogs eventually won the game 10-7 in overtime.

Here's what some had to say about the Cheez-It Bowl during and after Sunday's Super Bore... er, Bowl.

Naturally, the folks at the Cheez-It Bowl -- ahem -- ate up the attention.
