Before his overtime heroics against the Green Bay Packers in Saturday's playoff game, Arizona Cardinals wide receiver leveled a hit on Packers safety Morgan Burnett player that resulted in a 15-yard penalty.
On Friday, the NFL went one significant step further in its discipline of Fitzgerald, fining the 32-year-old for his hit in the third quarter of Arizona's 26-20 win.
#AZCardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald was fined $23,152 for his illegal crackback block against the #Packers last week.

The penalty called on Fitzgerald wiped out what would have been a touchdown run by fellow Cardinals receiver John Brown. Arizona trailed 13-7 at the time and had to settle for a field goal after the foul.
