It's fair to say the Arizona State Sun Devils haven't had much luck at the running backs coaching position lately.
In August, then-running backs coach Bo Graham (son of head coach Todd Graham) resigned, apparently due to an alleged relationship with a former student-athlete.
On Jan. 4, the Sun Devils hired former Auburn wide receiver and graduate assistant Kodi Burns as a permanent replacement.
But after just 42 days on the job, the 27-year-old Burns decided to bolt Tempe and head back to Auburn as the Tigers' receivers coach and co-offensive coordinator.

The primary reason for Burns' flip could be a significant pay raise. He was set to earn $200,000 at ASU this season, but the man he'll replace at Auburn made $500,000 last year, according to al.com.
At any rate: As far as a running backs coach is concerned, it's back to the drawing board once again for Todd Graham and the Sun Devils.
