Most experts and oddsmakers had the Arizona State Sun Devils picked to be one of the worst teams in the Pac-12 in Herm Edwards' first season as head coach.
Two weeks into the season, Edwards' Devils have steamrolled their way into the top 25.
Following its last-second upset win over visiting No. 15 Michigan State on Saturday night, ASU entered both the Associated Press and Coaches top-25 polls. The Devils are ranked No. 23 in the AP poll and No. 25 in the Coaches poll.
Next up for the Devils: a trip to San Diego State on Saturday. ASU will look to avenge last season's home defeat to the Aztecs.
ASU routed UTSA 47-7 in its first game of the season.
