When Shane Doan's 20-plus-year NHL career is over, he may have a future as an NFL analyst.
On Saturday, the Arizona Coyotes team captain, alongside young Coyotes forwards Anthony Duclair and Max Domi, predicted the outcome of Super Bowl 50 between the Broncos and Panthers.
Doan, who is a huge Arizona Cardinals fan, didn't just correctly predict that the Broncos would pull off the upset victory; he also nailed the Broncos' point total (24) and the recipient of the Super Bowl MVP award (linebacker Von Miller).
Check it out.
No, Doan didn't get the Panthers' point total correct -- he was off by seven points.
But still... not bad, Doaner. Not bad at all.
Hi-5 to #Coyotes captain Shane Doan who publicly predicted Broncos would win Super Bowl, score 24 points & that Von Miller would be the MVP.
