The Suns are expected to receive cash in return from Indiana, and also send the Pacers the number 32 pick in the draft.
The Warren deal helps Phoenix unload his three year, $35 million contract.
The Suns still have the number 11 pick in tonight's NBA Draft. The team is also rumored to be shopping Josh Jackson, and that deal could be done before tonight's draft as well.
