Ohio State defensive end Joey Bosa is projected as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, and his coach has said the junior will indeed forgo his senior season and declare for that draft.
But it looks like Bosa's Buckeye career ended over three full quarters before it was scheduled to conclude.
Bosa was ejected late in the first quarter of the Fiesta Bowl against Notre Dame at Glendale's University of Phoenix Stadium for a targeting penalty against Notre Dame quarterback DeShone Kizer. The play also wiped out a Buckeye interception.

The Buckeyes led 14-0 at the time of the ejection of Bosa, who was remorseful after the play.
I'm sorry, I love you buckeye nation.
