SCOTTSDALE, AZ — A San Francisco Giants executive has sold his Scottsdale home for $1.35 million.

Brian Sabean, who served as the Giants' general manager from 1997 to 2014 before becoming executive vice president in 2015, sold his 4,013-square-foot home at 12942 E. Corrine Drive for a record-breaking $336.40 per square foot.

"This is the highest price per square foot for a single-level home in the last year, which is a record-breaking sale," said Nicole Humphrey, a Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty agent who listed the property, along with Russ Lyon's Tracy Fitzgerald.

The home features five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and scenic mountain and desert views.
