In the latest installment of Bruce Arians' Greatest Hits, the Arizona Cardinals' coach discussed his relationship with Carson Palmer, the need to overcome fatigue, and much more:
On Monday's practice: "Tempo and everything was good; we just always had 10 men playing. There was one guy screwing it up every other play. It kind of ruined a good practice because it's an 11-man game."
On the necessity to get in better shape during training camp: "Fatigue will make a coward out of you. We've gotta get in better shape as a team to finish these practices. That's where most of the mental errors are."
On what tight end Ifeanyi Momah needs to improve upon: "Blocking somebody. Not having your ass come backwards."
On the advantage of the weight that offensive tackle Jared Veldheer has gained since last season: "When he first got here, he was a mountain. Last year he was a pole."
On whether he and quarterback Carson Palmer yell at each other: "I yell at him. He don't yell back."
