It took the Arizona Rattlers three seasons to become Arena Football League champions.
It took them just one to become Indoor Football League champs.
In their 25th season of existence, the Rattlers defeated the host Sioux Falls Storm 50-41 on Saturday afternoon to win the 2017 United Bowl. It's the sixth overall championship for the Rattlers, who had won five ArenaBowl titles since joining the Arena Football League in 1992. The Rattlers left the AFL in favor of the IFL before the 2017 season.

Arizona nearly let a 34-7 halftime lead slip away, but the Rattlers sealed the win with an interception in the game's final minute, giving them their 10th consecutive victory. The Storm had six straight Indoor Football League championships.
