The top discussion topic among Cardinals fans following their team's 36-6 home loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday was: What, if anything, does that loss mean as the team heads into the playoffs?

The message? Relax.
Fans know the Cardinals were locked into the No. 2 seed in the NFL playoffs and didn't play with the same kind of effort they showed when they had won nine straight games. Even coach Bruce Arians admitted Monday that he had planned all week to take quarterback Carson Palmer out of the game at halftime, which he did.
