Michael Phelps has sold his 6,100-square-foot home in Paradise Valley for $3.5 million. The 5-bed, 6-bath property includes French Oak hardwood floors, Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, custom Amish cabinets, four limestone fireplaces, a custom game and media room, a built-in humidor, a sports room with custom cabinets and a heated pool and spa.
