PHOENIX — The Phoenix Suns squandered a 21 point lead Tuesday night, despite another strong outing by Devin Booker.

The Suns were up 21 in the third quarter against Sacramento, but ended up losing 121-114.

Booker scored 34 points along with 7 assists and 4 rebounds in the loss, continuing his streak of seven games in a row with at least 30 points.

In his last 7 games, Booker has scored: 34, 40, 38, 32, 33, 32, 34, but the Suns have gone 3-4 in that time span.

Sitting at 14-23, the Suns are a far cry from their promising 7-4 start at the beginning of the season.

Head coach Monty Williams has verbally expressed his frustration at practice and after tough losses, but the answer to pulling the team together at the end of games hasn't been found.

The good news, the Suns’ next four games are against teams that are sub .500. The bad news, the team seems to lack the ability to finish close games in the fourth quarter, no matter the opponent.
