How are all you Maxxinistas holding up while staying at home to curb the spread of COVID-19? If you’ve been itching to score some steals and deals from beloved discount retailer TJ Maxx, we have some exciting news: The TJ Maxx website is open for business again!
Well, it’s mostly open for business. As with everything else during These Uncertain Times, the TJ Maxx website reopening comes with a coronavirus caveat: There’s a daily cap on online orders, and once the site reaches its limit for the day, you won’t be able to purchase anything for the rest of the day. The same limit applies to online shopping with TJX Companies’ other brands: Marshalls, Sierra, HomeGoods and Homesense.
You can still browse the online inventory, however, even once the daily maxximum of orders has been reached.
TJ Maxx hit the brakes on online orders in late March, when the company decided to close all of its stores, as well as its fulfillment and distribution centers and offices.
One of the best things about TJ Maxx is the variety of its merchandise. The clothing, footwear and jewelry all run the gamut from fancy to casual, and there are even things like luggage, home goods and cute doodads to give as gifts. Now that we’re all stuck at home, the Maxx provides plenty of ways to up your game, both in terms of work-from-home outfits and your home itself.
If you’re seeking some comfortable new threads for throwing on while you work — or work out — at home, the store’s got you covered.
